Raquel Mireles is the owner of Culinary Kitchen & Beyond, LLC.  She has over 20 years experience in the food service, retail and manufacturing industries.  She is an expert in product development working in R&D kitchens at top companies including Nestlé, YUM!, Brinker International, CiCis Pizza and Taco Bueno. Through hands-on experience, Raquel has a vast knowledge and strong understanding of launching new products, quality assurance and operations.  She has built a strong rapport with food-service colleagues, chefs and manufacturing suppliers and is recognized for her leadership and strategic thinking.
